Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), you have certain rights in relation to the goods we sell. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Taking note my furniture pieces are of an upcycled nature. Not brand new.

If a product is faulty or does not meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. In some cases, you may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss.

These rights apply to consumers purchasing goods for personal, domestic, or household use. They do not apply where goods are purchased for business purposes.

Nothing in our store policies limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
