All our cushions, bags, and furniture pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind. We do our best to represent colours and appearance accurately, but please be aware that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product descriptions are subject to change, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before submitting — we may not be able to cancel orders once accepted.

5. Pricing & payment
All prices are in NZD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed. Shipping costs are additional and will be shown at checkout.

We ship within New Zealand only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Our handmade designs are original works. Please respect the creativity and effort that goes into each piece.

Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc. All sales are made directly with Vickies Originals Nelson. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, including products, delivery, or any loss or damage arising from your order.
