Change of Mind

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind. Please take your time and review product details carefully before placing an order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault, we will make it right:

Provide details: Include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos showing the fault or damage.

Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a full refund or a replacement (where possible).

Upcycled & One-of-a-Kind Furniture

Our functional art furniture pieces are restored, upcycled originals. Because these items cannot be replicated, all furniture sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a verified manufacturing or structural fault.
