Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind As all our cushions, shoulder bags, and furniture pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at vickiesoriginalsnelson@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Upcycled Furniture Our furniture pieces are unique, upcycled originals. Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, all furniture sales are final unless a manufacturing fault is present.
